Our new location at Schliersee is now open
We have some great news to share: As of 2025, ALLINSIGHT is no longer based solely in Berlin—we’ve also opened a second permanent office on the beautiful Schliersee in Bavaria!
With this move, we aim not only to expand geographically, but also to be closer to our partners and talent in southern Germany. Just like our team in Berlin, our Schliersee office stands for innovation, fresh ideas, and the further development of our projects.
The idyllic setting right at the foot of the Alps provides us with the perfect environment for new inspiration! We’re thrilled about our successful launch and look forward to everything we’ll accomplish from Schliersee in the future.
Job Fair May 2025
A year has now passed, and Allinsight is once again taking part in the job fair with its own stand. Over the weekend of May 10th and 11th, 2025, the Allinsight team made their way to the Arena Berlin next to Treptower Park to showcase what they have to offer once again this year. Once again, there were plenty of conversations with a wide variety of people, in both English and German, young and old alike. But this year there was something special. A developer whom we had only met last year at the Berlin job fair was there on site as a representative and point of contact. And, of course, the little robotic arm was set up again. Not only does it attract many visitors, but it also serves as a visual representation of what our company stands for and the industries we work in. Overall, we had many fruitful conversations, and following the two days of the fair, we received a large number of applications.
Job Fair March 2024
The days are getting longer, and the dark times are fading away. But what doesn’t fade is the daily optimisation of software. And to achieve this fully, you need motivated employees who enjoy working together to find solutions to problems or who can give free rein to their creativity by contributing their own ideas to project assignments. And how do you reach these people? Through various channels, e.g. job fairs. And so it was again this year. Months of planning and preparation for the stand, the leaflets and the careers page on our website, and then in March 2024 the time had finally come.
The weekend during which we met lots of interested and friendly people. We answered questions, introduced ourselves and our work at the market, and handed out plenty of leaflets. But it was our little robotic arm that caused the biggest stir. The robot arm, controlled by specialised software and commonly used in manufacturing, was intended to symbolise what we do and the customers we target with our development of specialised software. So, if interested visitors took a business card from us, they will always associate their visit to our stand with the robot arm, ensuring we remain in their memory. Of course, there was also the period after the trade fair – the time for applications. After thoroughly reviewing and matching the application documents against our requirements, and following many interviews, we were ultimately able to recruit a motivated new employee for our software development team, who has been strengthening our team since their arrival.
